It was about mid afternoon, about lunchtime and he really wasn't very hungry so he decided to come outside. He loved to be outside so he'd rather be doing this then being inside with a million other kids because he couldn't stand being stuck in a room with a bunch of kids because he hated crowds. He never liked large classes either and a couple of his were a bit big which is why he normally skipped those classes and surprisingly hasn't been caught yet for it. Kaname came to the outside of the school and looked up to the sky, the sun was out but it wasn't hitting him right in the face which was good and his reddish eyes started to sparkle lightly as he smiled softly. He longish brown hair rested against his back and his shoulders some people sometimes think he's a girl if they catch him from behind which he couldn't stand as well. But then again alot of girls loved to flirt with him because he did have the look both guys and girls went for but his heart only went to the boys. Kaname sighed lightly as he sat on the stairs letting the sun warm him, it felt good on the part of his chest that was exposed which felt really good and he wondered if he would run into anyone he just hoped it wouldn't be a girl because the last thing he wanted to have to snap or something because right now he was quite calm but he was still on his guard.

Kamina sighed audibly as he walked down the hall towards the entrance of the school. He wasn't supposed to be here. He'd made his brother Simon swear an oath before he was shipped here not to let his other friends know where he was. The thought was embarrassing. Him, gay...really?! What was his mother thinking?! So he'd gotten close with Leeron, Leeron looked like a woman and he was drunk!! Every passing day here was a nightmare to him, not because of the people. Really he couldn't care less what people did in their spare time, but because it cast the shadow of doubt on him. He had been drunk, yeah, but Kamina prided himself on knowing what he was doing at all times and nevermind what other people had to say about that!
He rubbed the back of his neck roughly, wishing he could just forget that had ever happened. Maybe he should find a chick here and just hook up with her and claim he was healed. He could probably find someone, but at the same time, he wanted to know. "Know what, that you're being paranoid?" he asked himself. It was one night, it didn't mean anything. Kamina grumbled to himself and kicked the door, walking outside into the sun.
Being outdoors always helped relaxed him. He took a glance around and saw another person was out here as well. "Oy, oy! You skipping out on lunch too?" he called, heading over to the other student.

Kaname just got himself comfortable as he just sat on the stairs since he really had nothing else to do. His reddish eyes scanned around once more seeing a couple birds fly past and it caused him to smile lightly. He got a slight smell of food but he did see a couple of students with their lunch walk by but he didn't care too much and the smile was wiped off his face. He then looked away because if he looked, smelt, or thought about food for too long he would start to get hungry which just that slight smell of food made him a little hungry but not enough to actually do something about it. Then he thought he heard the door open but he didn't feel like turning around and looking until he actually heard something. Kaname turned his body and head enough just to catch the person out of the corner of his eye and he narrowed his orbs slightly, not really glaring but just giving off a bit of a laid back attitude.
"Not really skipping, I just don't like being surrounded by a bunch of people, I don't do well in crowds so I come out here and besides at the moment I'm really not that hungry."
He had a calm, almost cold sounding tone to his voice, that was his trademark even though he wasn't a cold or heartless person. Kaname sighed lightly turning his whole body around to get a better look at the guy, it didn't look like a person he would fall for with the first glance. He then let his orbs scan the guy once more and of course letting the guy get a look at him and he just hoped he wouldn't be like most he met getting red in the face, going weak at the knees like "oh my god, he's adorable!" he couldn't stand that yes it was nice to know he had looks but not many people knew when too much is too much. But with the girls sometimes it was nice when they did that but he wasn't that mean to start flirting with them then when it was getting good just tell them he was gay. He pushed back some of his longish brown hair from his face then he stretched out his body slightly to giving him more of a laid back look letting his calm, almost emotionless experssion take over his face.

Kamina got the vibe that this guy was...definitely nothing like him. He seemed more reserved and collected than Kamina was himself. Of course, most people thought Kamina was obnoxious. He was constantly in someone's face, if they tried to get him down he would fight back tooth and nail. Not that he was expecting this to turn to that. He was actually glad he managed to meet someone like this. Kamina tried not to hold any stereotypes, but seeing as how he wasn't entirely comfortable at this school, he was glad to meet someone with a colder personality rather than someone...else. Great, now his own thoughts weren't even making sense.
"I'm betting there's a few people like that here," he said. He grinned at the other as he was always one to be friendly, even if he was going to forget about this later as he was liable to do. "The name's Kamina."
He didn't bother to ask, instead he just sat down on the steps with the other boy, giving him enough distance and keeping his gaze up, on the sky. Kamina had big dreams, overwhelming dreams sometimes, looking up at the sky was soothing for him, it let him get his thoughts in order. He could have asked the other why he'd been sent to La Campana as he realized he should probably say something else, but that could lead to why he was here and that was an embarrassing story. Instead, he let out a sigh. "I don't know about you, but I can't wait to get out of here and just do my own thing. There's a whole world out there, I hate being restricted to one place."

He watched the other boy carefully, he really didn't want any funny business because he really didn't want a fight. Kaname sighed lightly to himself and watched as the other boy got a bit closer but his expression didn't change and he saw as he didn't let him have some space which was good. He heard him say there were some others like him who didn't like crowds like he did, he was always like this there was just something about being around more then 10 people that drove him nuts, he wasn't afraid of crowds he just didn't like being in them because it just made his skin crawl. He then yawned silently then looked away for a minute letting his orbs look to the sky but not at the sun or he would end up getting a headache, but then he looked back when the boy introduced himself. It caused the soft smile come back to his face guessing it would only polite for him to introduce himself now because being on the wealthy side he still had some manners that he actually used.
"I'm Kaname, nice to meet you"
He gave a bit of feeling to his voice so he didn't give off that cold, heartless vibe that he was sure that he was probably giving off. Another thing he couldn't stand is when people thought he was cold hearted when he really wasn't. but he heard Kamina say something about the school, he couldn't agree more the only reason he was sent here was because his rich mommy and daddy didn't like the fact that he was gay. He was the heir of his family's money and unless he had a wife they wouldn't give it to him it was go to his sister and her husband one day. That just pissed him off, he was gay and he liked it why couldn't his parents just understand that he didn't like girls the way he should he liked guys that way but no that didn't sit well with them.
"I couldn't agree more, I was sent here because I come from a rich family and being first born I'm the heir the the family fortune and my parents want me to have a wife and being gay they aren't to happy about it."
He sighed and it had a hint of annoyance in it Kaname would love to go back home with a lover should he ever get one and show his parents that he is just happy the way he is. If they didn't like it then Yuki could have the money of the family but being in the family he would still get a little bit of it but his little sister Yuki would get most of it which was fine with him. He ran his fingers through his brown hair then looked back to Kamina and kept the soft smile on his face, being hit with the sun just right his eyes sparkled lightly and he backed up slightly so he could rest his back against the thick stone railing and he then crossed his arms over his chest, touching the part of his chest that was exposed from his shirt that was opened slightly.

Kamina grinned in response. There wasn't much change to the other's voice, but it seemed that Kaname was at least making an effort and Kamina would give him credit for that. So long as someone's personality didn't completely clash with his own, Kamina left them alone. Besides what right would he have saying that Kaname wasn't being as 'friendly' as he should? What the hell did that mean anyway? He hated when his teachers told him to shape up or to keep his attitude in check, to him there was nothing more annoying than being told how to act.
"Whaaaat?!" Kamina exclaimed when he heard the reason Kaname was here in the first place. He sat upright as he'd been leaning back a bit, and he was regarding Kaname with a rather fierce gaze. He curled his hand into a fist, his brows furrowed as that information fully hit him. The whole thing with the personality extended farther than that. Kamina didn't like that his mother thought he was something he was sure he wasn't, but that didn't mean he had a problem with it.
"What's important is being yourself, everyone should realize that a person's choice is their own destiny and that it shouldn't reflect how a person is viewed! My mother sent me here because she thinks I'm something I'm not...or well, something I'm pretty damn sure I'm not...uhh wait, just leave it at something I'm not," he was rambling, he tended to do that whenever this subject came up in regards to himself, but he shook his head, best to just focus on safer territory.
"Keh, in the end the best thing you can do is be a little selfish and do what will make you happy I guess," he said, his tone getting gruffer. Kamina didn't like getting personal like this, to him being encouraging was fine but there was a point to draw the line. He didn't want to risk anything after all.

He watched Kamina carefully and guessed he was thinking that he was a cold person. He sighed to himself since he didn't like that much but he decided not to say anything about it unless something was come along and brighten up his spirit a little. But then Kaname noticed that his expression had changed and it now looked like he was going to hit him. He glared and straightened his back and balled up his right fist in case he did get hit, he he thought that maybe it was the reason for him being here is what freaked him out. But also hearing him ramble a little caused him to arch an eyebrow, he unclenched his fist and kind of wanted to know what Kamina meant because the way he was going on randomly confused him a little bit but then he put a few pieces together and guessed he was one of those students he heard about, the bi-curious ones. Thinking that made it a good thing that he didn't feel anything with his guy or he probably wouldn't get anywhere but even being gay it took a bit of effort to win over Kaname's heart.
"I suppose, and by the sounds I would say your a bit confused when it comes to your certain preference which is fine some people do."
What he meant by preference he meant his sexual preference maybe he had an affair with a guy and liked it. He really had no idea and since it looked like it was hard for Kamina to talk about he decided not to ask or talk about it anymore unless he said more about it. Kaname Looked to him out of the corner of his reddish eyes and smirked lightly, he was acting selfish when it came to the position his parents put him in. He wouldn't accept that they wouldn't accept the way he was and since the didn't why should he accept them? He just didn't understand it and it just angered him, a couple more students walking by caught his eyes, he guessed lunch might be coming to an end but since one of his crowded classes was next he was probably going to skip it and if he got caught he really couldn't care less.

Ahhh crap, he knew he should have just kept his mouth shut. Now this guy was probably getting the wrong impression about him. Kamina may have been borderline arrogant, but he wasn't vain in the sense that he figured this guy would suddenly be all over him if he thought Kamina was gay. Still, what would that say about his reputation if it got out that he was? He wasn't! Right? He shook himself mentally. Of course that was right. Kamina liked women, he liked them a lot. This was probably just a phase and he was going to prove it as such. For the time being, he wasn't going to worry about it or complain, he hated when people whined about things.
"Tch, yeah I guess," he muttered, rubbing the back of his neck before letting himself relax again.
There was no reason to get so uptight. Kaname was probably just saying it how he saw it. Normally, Kamina would probably take the chance to jump down the guy's throat and start a fight since he felt his fists settled things better than his words, but really...that wasn't all that fair considering the guy hadn't done anything to really merit a fist to the face. He noticed the other students filing out of the building. It was probably going to be time for classes soon. He was free for the afternoon, and it seemed as though Kaname didn't either considering he wasn't moving.
"So I take it you're completely certain then," Kamina continued, not looking at Kaname. "Heh, must have been a relief finally realizing it."

It would seem that Kamina might be thinking him all wrong it seemed that he might think that he was the kind of guy who just saw a guy whether gay or not and thrown himself on him. No, Kaname wasn't that kind of guy he only made a move when he knew the person looked like they would allow it or basically said "I really like you" or maybe if they ever brave enough "I love you" but the thing of it was, Kaname has never been in love before and for all he knew he may never be. His reddish eyes shut for a moment so he could collect his thoughts then he opened them looking back to Kamina and the smile got wiped off his face, his expression softened but the smile didn't return. He guessed now was a good time to just drop this subject which he was going to do but he kept getting sucked back into it because Kamina had said something. But he then wondered if he should say something about what he was talking about before but now he wasn't entirely sure.
"Nothing wrong with it, alot of people aren't certain about preference but you won't have to worry about me trying anything I don't throw myself onto people I only do anything if they want me to."
He never forced himself onto anyone, he would only possibly force himself on someone if he was really taken over by his hormones which has never happened before because he controlled himself well. Kaname then heard him speak and he didn't say anything for a moment of so, he was certain about his sexual preference because girls never clicked with him he tried giving them a chance but since he felt nothing except friendship toward them he didn't bother anymore because he didn't want to hurt them. His reddish orbs shifted back to Kamina only for a short moment then he looked to the side as he messed with some of his brown hair, just a habit of his not really sure why he would do it.
"Oh yes, girls never caught I would always see myself looking at guys so that's how I knew."
He sighed lightly and stopped messing with his hair and then he stood up, sitting in that position was beginning to hurt his back. He yawned softly and stretched his arms to gets the slight aches and kinks out of his body. His shirt went up showing a little bit of his slender stomach then became hidden when his arms went down. He arched his back to stretch it and it even cracked a bit but no loud enough to be heard then he just decided to stand up for a while so he didn't hurt his back again. Kaname then looked to Kamina and then looked out to the sky and he saw a female student looking at him and he smiled lightly then he saw her blushing and he then looked away. If he kept looking at her or anything then she would start coming up and flirting with him and he would get irritable so he just turned back to Kamina's direction waiting for what he was going to say next.

It was utter relief to hear that Kaname wasn't the type to throw himself onto people. It was people like that who got Kamina stuck here in the first place. He almost breathed a sigh of relief, but then realized that might come off as rude and besides, it probably would have been forced anyway. Was there a little nagging feeling of disappointment in the pit of his stomach? Nah, Kamina just convinced himself that he was getting a little hungry. Yep, that was it, no more internal questions about that. He grinned at the other.
"Well, I respect that," Kamina said. "A lot of kids our age have a difficult time restraining themselves, but I feel a lot more relaxed knowing your sensible..." he trailed off and then laughed a bit. "Of course I can't really say the same for myself, about being that sensible I mean."
He often rushed into things without thinking. He realized it after the damage was done and he was yelled at, but when he was right in the moment, whatever the moment was, Kamina just did the first thing that came to mind rather than think things through. In fact, it was probably a very good thing that he was talking to someone like Kaname right now. Kamina was growing impatient with his indecision, he'd already contemplated grabbing the first guy he met and seeing where things went with that. Whether it felt natural or not, either way he'd have his answer. But just flinging himself at someone like this might get him a punch in the face and nothing more. Safe for now.
"Tch, sounds simple enough," Kamina replied. Great, now he was going to be paranoid about his eyes catching another guy's at any point in time. No, he was starting to get ridiculous about this. He was Kamina Jeeha! He didn't hesitate about anything! He almost nodded in affirmation to the silent claim, but then Kaname stood up and Kamina wondered if he was just going to move along when he caught the quiet interaction between him and the girl passing by. Once Kaname turned back in his direction, Kamina offered an almost sympathetic smile.
"All right, so maybe not quite so simple. I'm guessing you get a lot of that," he said, jerking his thumb in the girl's direction. "Man, I'm telling you, I wouldn't mind having someone look at me like that."
