Snow packed up his violin case, it had been awhile since he had last practiced, and well he wanted to find a nice spot to play at, something that just felt right. At home it had been under a cherry tree, here he hadn't had the chance to really sit and play yet. Snow loved music, it was calming, and he was rather good at it, he also knew how to play the piano, but he did prefer his violin, it was more portable.
Heading out of the room he made his way outside, it seemed like a nice day, for January anyways. He still had his jacket on and gloves on his hands, it would make it a tad more difficult to play but he didn't want to get frostbite on his fingers. Not to mention Samuel would be pissed at him.
You bet I would, I need those hands.
Smiling softly Snow shook his head lightly, that was Samuel alright, he seemed all tough but really he had a soft spot for Snow, and Snow knew that Samuel would never actually admit that to him.
You don't give me enough credit kid.
It wasn't long until Snow reached the courtyard, he had been there once already and it seemed like a nice spot. Sitting down he pulled his violin out of its case. Making sure it was tuned correctly he started to play through the scales, just to get warmed up. After the scales were all finished he moved on to playing softly, nothing in particular, but just playing what came to mind.
You are a little pathetic...
Oh shut up Samuel. Smiling softly he continued to play moving on to one of his favorite songs to play, Hall of the Mountain King, it sounded much better with the other instruments playing but he did like to play it. Stopping he sets down his violin on his lap thinking to himself. Maybe there was an orchestra here, and if there was should he join it. It would be an easy way to make friends, sure he had met a few people at the school already but he didn't know if they had considered him a friend, he hoped so since a few of them were quite nice.
And cute too~
Snow shook his head, Samuel was gay, and it only made sense that he would make that comment, but Snow didn't really think of himself as gay, because he liked girls, but he had flirted with a guy before so did that make him bisexual? Did it make him bisexual since Samuel was gay? It was all very confusing and he really had no clue on what to think on the subject.

Tetti was alone, as usual. The fact didn't surprise her, as it never had. Jumpy, easily frightened, and unwilling, or unable, to talk to people, she had never had any friends. Ever. When something was wrong, she'd just keep it inside, not letting it escape from her, or let it show. Perhaps that was why Tetti had began cutting. To let it out, without actually letting it out. And the scars still remained, dozens upon dozens of them, perhaps even a hundred, all over her arms. And that was why she was glad it was winter. No one looked at her funny now, like many did when it was late spring, early fall, and time to break in their spring uniforms. No matter what the season, Tetti was always wearing her winter uniform.
Now, however, since school was not in session, she was clad in a different attire altogether. Flare jeans, brown boots underneath, and a light green coat on top completed her ensemble. And, on her hands, though they were securely tucked away in her pockets, were a pair of cream-colored finger gloves, without the tips of the fingers, so about half of her nail was exposed. The light layer of snow crunched lightly underneath her brown Uggs, as she wandered through the school grounds, with no direction intended.
A sound came to her on the air, however. The sound of a violin, though the song was a bit strange for a violin... At least, that was her personal opinion. And she wasn't an expert on musical instruments, though she was quite good at the flute. Hesitating for a moment, Tetti began to walk in the direction of the music, following the sounds of her ears. Whoever was playing, was quite skillful, especially in this weather. Even if it was a nice day, it was still a bit cold to be playing a violin outside. The sounds led her to the courtyard, and she stopped, hovering on the edge of it.
A boy was sitting there, his violin on his lap. Brown hair, and... multi-colored eyes! That was so cool! A private little smile touched at her face, one for her, and for her alone. Like everything else. Tetti blinked as he shook his head. Apparently, he was talking to himself in his head... Like she often did. Was he another loner, as well?
No... The girl could tell just by looking at him. He wasn't a loner, merely practicing out here alone. Wait... Tetti's breath caught in her throat. Was he a h-homosexual? It would make sense, him being here, and all. Hesitantly, she took a step back, scared and curious at the same time. She wanted to go, to run, and not look back. But... Tetti wanted to hear the songs that he was playing, to see if he would play more. Darting behind a tree on the edge of the courtyard, Tetti peered around it, postponing her decision for the moment.

"Snow someone is here."
Snow looked up slowly as if he was just looking up and not really looking for the person that was there. Stretching slightly he let Samuel slip out. It was on occasions that Snow let Samuel slip out, other times Samuel did it on his own. Samuel fiddling with the violin to try and get it back in its case almost dropped it.
"Careful with the violin!"
"Sheesh is that what I am like?" Maybe Samuel would try and bug Snow so much, for it just made him a little more irritated. Successfully putting the violin in the case with a few painful gasps from Snow when Samuel was mistreating the violin, Samuel stood up. Their height could seem intimidating to others but Samuel liked the intimidation factor. Moving over to the tree where he had heard the person dash too Samuel stopped.
"Don't be too harsh Samuel."
"Wanna come out I already saw ya." Samuel shrugged lightly his voice light. He was a little annoyed that Snow thought he was some big bully, maybe he would just go back and let Samuel handle this on his own, though if it was someone that might hurt him, Samuel would definitely be pissed. "I'm not going to hurt you." The bright side it could be a hot guy waiting behind the tree. Scratching the back of his head he waited for the other person to step out, if it was a girl well then Snow could handle it after a bit, as soon as Samuel was sure she was good enough to be in the presence of Snow.

The boy looked up slowly, casually, and Tetti stifled a gasp, pulling her head back behind the tree. Had he seen her? She wasn't sure. The sounds ensued, of something being put away, and the girl glanced out from behind the tree, and, once she saw the boy putting away his violin, her head bobbed back behind the tree. Was he leaving? After such a short time playing? But... she had wanted to hear his songs. Tetti's eyes were sad, melting slightly. The girl wanted few, but it would be kind of nice if the things that she-
Her thoughts were aprubtly cut off as a male voice coming from the other side of the tree. The boy! He had seen her? Oh no... Most people who were going to hurt someone didn't announce it, though. But... There was no way Tetti was fast enough to run away. Taking a deep breath, the girl stepped out from behind the tree, looking at the ground. "Sorry..." Her voice was very quiet, very meek and frightened. "Your playing was so pretty, I... Sorry..." Tetti repeated her apology, staring down at her brown Uggs, standing on the light layer of snow.
Squealing frightenedly in her mind, she glanced upward, to the boy's eyes, and was very surprised. Well, the multi-colored eyes were so very far from the ground! He was so tall, and, well, Tetti was small. She held his gaze for a few frightening, quivering moments, before dropping it, looking back down to the ground. He looked annoyed. Oh no, was no one supposed to hear him play? Was that why he was outside? So no one would hear him? "S-Sorry!" Tetti uttered, a bit louder than she had before. Her voice was filled with unmistakable fear.

Samuel laughs lightly shaking his head. "Calm down, its ok girlie." Samuel would smile but he was sure it might frighten the girl, he wasn't exactly the most happy person in the world. He appeared to be more frightening than Snow which is weird since they were the same person.
Speaking of Snow he had gone completely silent. You ok up there kid? When there was no response, Samuel got a little worried, either he had completely shut out Snow like he could do, or something had made Snow speachless. Unfortuntely it was the only time he could not see things through Snow's point of view since he was out.
Samuel... she is... so pretty...
Oh god don't get like this on my now. Never once had Snow really liked and girl and thinking about it he could tell that Snow's heart was fluttering. Jeez the kid was falling for the girl, and they had just met. Well this could always end badly Snow could get hurt, and he wouldn't allow that.
"So what is your name?" Samuel would have to make sure this girl was good enough for Snow, that she wasn't going to hurt him. Though he doubted someone as innocent as she looked could hurt a fly... What was Snow going to get himself into this time he would never know. All he could do was make sure Snow didn't get himself hurt. He held back a sigh of almost defeat, he wouldn't be able to convince Snow out of this one. Going back to the bench to sit down he waved the girl to follow him.

At the boy's reassurance, Tetti's eyes once more flickered up to his, holding his gaze. He didn't look as annoyed anymore, which was definitely good. She relaxed slightly, though she still looked frightened. Tetti was, and she really couldn't help it. Many things frightened her, a long list that she would absolutely hate to recite to anyone. Her hands kneaded anxiously together, in front of her body. There was silence, some moments of silence, and Tetti was afraid to break it. And then, at something, the boy looked exasperated. W-What had she done? A small look of panic appeared on her face.
The boy spoke again, however, and he didn't seemed annoyed. More, as if, he was trying to be friendly. Trying? Was he not a habitually friendly person? Tetti was too observant, too literal, too percieving for her own good. He could be h-homosexual, and put off by the fact she was a girl. Perhaps he had wanted her to be a boy... What a thought to consider. "Tetti..." The girl told him, trying to make her voice audible. It was, though still quite quiet. "Tetti Jonathan..." Her gaze glanced away, as she took a bit of a deep breath, trying to calm herself.
Looking back, the boy had already began walking away, toward the bench in the middle of the courtyard. Tetti hesitated, and then followed at his motions, attempting to walk faster than her frightened pace. Sitting down, the girl made sure to leave about a foot of space between them. Her hands curled up into tight and nervous fists on her legs, and Tetti exhaled slightly. Calm, girl. Calm. "What's... What's your name?" Tetti asked quietly, letting her eyes flicker to his face.

Tetti, Tetti Jonathan. Such a beautiful name.
Gag me with a spoon Snow! Samuel was gay and he was so getting queezy with all this mushy stuff coming from Snow. THe only time Samuel was actually a little mushy was when there was a cute guy around, but he never let Snow know that, it would scar him, more so than the boy already was. Snow had a split personality how more damaged could you get?
Samuel watched as she walked over. "My name is Samuel, but I mostly go by Snow. Last name is Adler." Samuel smirked slightly, some knew after meeting him that Snow was different, that he had some issue, such as his MPD. But some didn't know that Samuel went by Samuel and Snow went by Snow, it was a way to tell who was in control. Snow would have introduced himself as Snow first. "I don't go by Sam, just Samuel, but in most cases Snow." Blushing almost slightly he probably wasn't making any sense at all.
"You seem like a nice girl, why are you walking around the school alone? A lot of guys like a good hetero girl. If I assume correct that you are straight." He tried not to spit out the last part, because Snow wasn't exactly gay... Samuel just was, and it confused Snow half the time. But Snow did seem really in to this girl. Sheesh the stuff he did for Snow sometimes.

Snow... Tetti didn't ask why he went by that, but a smile touched at her quiet face. It was a very very cute nickname... She rather liked it. And then, realizing what she was thinking, a light pink blush made its way onto her face. Snow Adler. It was nice, to be able to put a name to a face. It made the boy, no, Snow, a lot less scary. Names made people less scary, instead of strange faces with no knowledge about them at all. As her eyes flickered up, Tetti noticed a hint of pink of his face. Was he... blushing? That only darkened her pink blush, turning it to a light shade of red.
"Eh?" Tetti blinked, surprised, at his question. "Y-Yes, I'm straight..." she told him quietly, blushing. The words seemed strange coming from his mouth, as if he were struggling to get them out. "B-But..." Tetti hesitated, but decided to continue. He had asked, after all. Only because Snow asked, would she tell them. "There's lots of homos... And they're scary..." Her blush darkened quite considerably, as she was obviously embarrassed.
"Well..." Tetti continued her thought, her hands clutching tightly to her jeans, and her green eyes staring down at them. "P-People are kind of... scary..." Very scary. Like everything else in the world. Especially sharp stuff. The thought came to her that what she said might've been offensive, and Tetti looked up, slightly alarmed. "I-I didn't mean that in a bad way! S-Sorry, Snow! I-It's not you personally..." Embarrassed, and ashamed of her fright, Tetti hung her head, looking away and down at her hands once more.

Samuel's brow furrowed and almost glared at the girl. "Scary?" Then his face softened and Snow shook his head softly. "Yeah they can be scary." He smiled softly trying to make Tetti feel more comfortable. He had successfully pushed Samuel out and gained control of himself again. He had never done that before. He felt accomplished.
I let you...
I didn't want you to scare her. Snow smiled at Tetti, she was so beautiful. From the inside out, she also seemed fragile, as much as he had been once upon a time. "Uhm, did you like my playing?" If she liked his playing Snow would gladly play for again, he would do anything for her, anything she asked.
God you are such a pushover.
Sh-hut up Samuel." Looking at Tetti he couldn't help but smile and then he blushed and he didn't want to look away from her and he blushed more. Suddenly he was speechless again and he looked away scratching the back of his head. He had never felt like this before. His heart was pounding, it was a wonder she couldn't hear it. He folded his hands on his lap trying to keep from twiddling his thumbs around, one of his nervous habits. "It's kinda cold." He laughed nervously, why was one of the nervous ways to start a conversation be about the weather?

The tone of Snow's voice made Tetti look up, paniced, but then what he said, with a soft and gentle face, was nice. A pink blush spread across her face, and she nodded slowly at what the taller boy had said. "Yeah..." For once in her life, she felt the need to explain slightly, to talk a bit more than normal. "I was walking... And I heard you playing..." Her blush darkened, and Tetti looked away, down at her hands, embarrassed. "You play beautifully..." she told him, a happy smile creeping slightly onto her face, though her gaze was still directed at her hands.
Flicking her eyes up at Snow, she was surprised to see that the boy with the mult-colored eyes seemed embarrassed. Why? What was embarrassing? Was she? Embarrassed by his embarrassment, she blushed even darker, face almost crimson, eyes averted once more. However, her gaze shortly returned to his face, as he spoke. A smile came onto her face, at his clearly nervous laugh, and at his words. And then, she couldn't help it, no matter how hard she tried to suppress it. Tetti giggled quietly, for just a moment or two, before cutting it off, blushing even harder.
"Yes..." It was cold, very cold. Her hands played with each other in her lap, only the tops of her fingers revealed from the tips of her gloves. "But it's also very beautiful..." Like his playing. A violin against this backdrop of ice and snow was a very nice scene. Tentatively, Tetti moved her gaze up to Snow's face, her own crimson.
