Appearance: A thin and lithe girl, Hiketsu had blossomed earlier than most girls her age, often to be mistaken to be much older than she is. Her breasts are well...envied by the small-boobed women of Japan and she has curves in all the right places, with wide child-bearing hips. She has an elegant, swan-like neck, with wide shoulders that round a little as they drape into her arms, strong and thin-muscled with elegant, dainty, hands and nimble fingers. Her legs are always smoothed and thin, there thinly muscled as well too, and has small feet to match her equally small hands.
For her face, it's diamond shaped, with elegant chiseled features. Her eyes are narrowed, like finely cut-gemstones. Her pupils are a clear crystal blue like the movement of water, but has violet that outlines the black pupil like a frame, attracting much attention to her eyes. There framed by long curling lashes, which she hardly wears make-up...well modern anyway.
Her hair is long, ending somewhere at the small of her back. Her hair was once a shade of auburn, due to her undercover status, its a deep lilac with hints of deep purple and lavender, maybe a little bit of an eggplant shade as well. Hiketsu's bangs are long and side-swept, with long wavy locks of hair that frame her face and fall over her shoulder blades. Her hair is now cut short, ending around the nape of her neck. It's currently spikey,little strands poking out slightly. So, her resemblance to Uwasa is slightly thrown off. Yet, despite it's messiness, her hair is always pretty, smooth and soft to touch.
Hiketsu's fashion really varies. She doesn't stick to one trend really, and mixes them up, making up her own, or just randomly putting them together. She's influenced though by the trends in Japan. Despite her switching styles, she's always seen with a brown leather belt strapped around her thigh, the belt going behind her butt to connect the band of whatever pants or skirts she's wearing. If she's wearing a dress, it's still there, even. Over all she doesn't care what people think about her choice of clothing.
Personality: Hiketsu at first glance just seems your ordinary Japanese beauty, but in reality she's far from it~ Hiketsu is young girl who is hardly serious really, not life, not her future profession in the works, not even on matters of love. That's because to her life isn't worth taking everything so seriously and literal. Her motto is "You're born. You live. You die. Life's that's simple dawlin~" which she basically lives by really. She goes with the flow, not really making decision, unless she is very against it, but most of the time, she doesn't bother.
She's all the one for a little risks and dares, they've never hurt anyone right? Hiketsu's all about fun and likes to play games. She also likes teasing and flirting with others. Yes~ Little Ketsu is a huge flirt, and when drunk she'll get even more flirty~ But, that takes a while since she has an extremely high tolerance for alcohol, she has to drink a lot of sake (like past 70 cups) in order to get really drunk.
She's seen differently, depending on the person she can be fun and strong-spirited, or to other cruel and mean. She doesn't really care for others' opinion, finding it much easier to tune out other people's remarks. Though she can be cruel....unemotional and even on some degree she can be a little bit of a sadistic. Especially when she gets violent and in fights, 'specially when some idiots think they can cheat a little girl in some deal. But, that's just her, since she speaks her mind and is blunt to the point of being mean and harsh. Even hurting others feelings...but she doesn't really care.
She can be called family oriented, per say. The only family she is really connected to is her Grandfather, a person who she respects beyond all others. She loves him and would do anything for him, even if it meant her life. She devotes herself to helping him with the family business, though she does not want to take it over. She'd rather be the one to do the dirty work than work behind a desk. On to the matters of her twin brother, Uwasa, she does love him, though she does not show it. She gets rather annoyed at him because he is often quite forgetful and is very annoying when he showers her with his over-affection. She feels weirded out by him, because she suspects that he may have too much affection for her. Though, she tries to ignore it. The one thing she could say that she hates about Uwasa would be his Dissociative Personality Disorder. Specifically, his alter Kira.
Kira's possibly be the only thing in the world that she is positively afraid of. There are multiple accounts of Kira trying to kill her, brand her, or rape her. Kira has also tortured her psychologically, twisting his words and his own twisted thoughts of love, making her break down and cry at times. He scares her to death and she can't help but loathe his mere existence, though she could never actually harm him as much as she'd like to. Because, despite it being Kira, it still is her twin bro, she can't hurt him.
Hiketsu enjoys dancing, traditional Japanese dance, and singing, learning a few modern popular Japanese songs. She likes singing when it's quiet and she all alone, so that there's no interruptions. She also enjoys dressing up.
On matters of love....she doesn't thinks it's possible for that to happen. She knows herself to well, and knows that she is too flirty and too free-spirited to stay in one, solid relationship. She knows for sure that there's bound to be so sort of friction or disaster. So, she'll only do flings and one-night stands. Besides~ Passion is far more easier than love right?
For attraction, it depends on appearance and personality. Though don't expect any romantic feelings or any of that sappy stuff~ Hiketsu is also still a virgin and wishes very much for it to be gone~ So that she can spite her family so that they get no money for it!
For her life's all a game and everyone are her game pieces.

&&--A glimpse of the past
Father:
* Akaitsuki Shinobu- Deceased, 49
Mother:
* Akaitsuki Kiko - Deceased, 43
Sibling/s:
* Akaitsuki (Hoshina) Uwasa - Twin Brother, 12
Other important relatives:
* Akaitsuki Hotaru - Grandfather, 75
Pets: N//A
History:
Born Akaitsuki Hiketsu, she was birthed one minute after her twin brother. She was a healthy 7 and a half lbs, nothing defective about her or her brother. Nothing spectacular happened her first year, she crawled, she mumbled, she messed with her brother. Normal baby-stuff. The transition to her second to seventh year, was 'normal' considering her family's history. She learned her family's history to a 'T', attended the most prestigious school, was trained in both kendo and traditional feminine activities.
Being born into the Akaitsuki family meant that both her and her futago carried the hereditary 'crime'-streak that had affected her family since the times of the Heian Period. First radical nobles that conspired against the Emperor, they were stripped of there status and thrown into the lives of the common-man. Now living as commoners they used the skills that only those of high status had obtained. They pillaged villages and traveling routes, stealing and killing, making a living off their stolen goods. The Akaitsuki truly prospered when Japan was freed from their isolation, opening up trading routes between the countries of the West. When the trading routes opened, ships docking, and rich Europeans moving into the capital, they split up to cover more ground. They became pirates in a sense, and loved every minute of it. Over the generations, the money that they had accumulated had been made legal. With a vast fortune, they lived the comfortable live; living like kings and queens, princes and princesses. Though, they never gave up their life of crime, drugs (they traveled abroad to take part in the Opium War going on between the Euro's and China), prostitution, assassinations, and leading gangs.
Nice right? I know. She knows. She accepted her life and family history; everything was a-okay with her. Living the life of a criminal was fun, you didn't care about others, only about the next steal, kill, or deal. Life was too short to care about the consequences. There was regret in that last sentence.
It was the day of her and Uwasa's seventh birthday, their parents, their wonderful, loving parents were walking with the two twins down a snowy path. The air was cold and still, and the unfamiliar foot-steps that crunched the snow on the ground alerted them all. As if by instinct, Shinobu pushed his wife and children out of the way; there were two piercing shoots and blood sprouted from his chest. The man fell to his knees telling his family to "Hurry up and leave". Kiko panicked and grabbed the kids, the three running in the snow, Uwasa and Hiketsu clung to her, tears spilling from there eyes. Hiketsu remembers that she had screamed when she heard those familiar shots, this time going off five (or six times she couldn't remember) and saw her mother fall. She was trembling, and tears poured down her cheeks; these tears, however were more of anger than anything else. Actually, she was surprised that the murderer's didn't come after them. With blurry eyes she looked to see her brother, who like her was covered in their mother's blood. Unlike her though, Uwasa just stared blankly at the corpse, no tears, no quivering lip, just a stoic expression.
At 12 O'clock, the two were found out in the park beneath the sleeping sakura trees. Her grandfather comforted her the most, and he glanced sadly at Uwasa, who still was staring into space with the same black face. The main cause for Shinobu and Kiko's death, and murmurs of rival gangs, jealousy, and an average random assault as close friends and family attended the funeral. There, in a sea of starched white clothing, Hiketsu cried into her twin's chest, staining their ivory clothing with her tears.
Roleplaying Sample:
Everyone always said that alcohol was terrible. It was an addiction, a killer, responsible for drunk-drivers who have murdered themselves or countless innocents, or the reason why so many males abuse their spouses. There were countless cases on them, news-anchors telling of those 'horrid' people with there monotone voice during news-reports. Though, knowing those facts and statistics, the girl picked up another bottle and opened the cap, quickly taking a gulp before lowering it from her mouth, letting out a long sigh, kicking her legs, watching the water splash and ripple. Narrowed violet-blue optics looked over the vast stilled surface of the swimming blue which was illuminated a light blue via the pool lights that lined the sides of the concrete hole. Her small hands rested the bottle near the pack she had on her left, the empty, discarded ones were to her right, all together in a little group.
How many had she drunken so far? Four? Eight? Twelve? She had lost count actually, too lazy to count the bottles beside her.
Hiketsu's short violet hair was actually styled, some of the locks being braided into small little twists that gently hit her ears and cheeks whenever she it her head. She wore a simple stringy bikini in lilac, decorated with royal violet Sakura blossoms; she was currently wet wearing a short white sundress that was slightly damp, having gone for a little night-time swim a little early on. A small towel was hung over her neck, soaping up the water that still trickled from her head. Her knees were brought up her chest, arms hugging them in a protective self-hug, pulling them out form the water, gently lingering on the pool's edge. Tsu's hand shook a bit before reaching out to grab her bottle, bringing it to her lips and chugging. Slowly, the bottle was finished and she blew into the hole in the top, making a whistling sound before sitting it aside with the discarded bottles.
Why was life so damn confusing!? She was thirteen for Kami's sake! She didn't need to be afraid of commitment! and yet here she was, downing her troubles in alcohol, having that very fear. Heh. It was funny how she didn't notice that she was a commitaphobe. She was afraid of committing to him, even though she swore in her heart she loved him. She loved him. Aishiteru. Daisuki. Yet...she couldn't handle it.
She couldn't commit to him.
She wanted to feel guilty about it...but she was taught to never feel guilt. She was taught it was an undesirable feeling to have or acquire. The emotion of 'guilty didn't suit an Akaitsuki. If they had guilt where would they be today? Poor and penniless, and stripped of their honor and pride. It wasn't...right. Hiketsu shook her head, disappointed at herself rather than at anyone else at the moment. Worst of all to add to the crappy mood she was in, she was lonely.
She sighed again, pursing her lips together and took another sip of her newly opened bottle. Her cheeks were tinged pink already, and her vision was already getting blurry. Her azure irises looked to the entrance of the pool, hoping that someone would walk in. Preferably Tommy. But, hell, in the state she was in, all she wanted was for some moderately attractive male or female to come in. Hiketsu dropped her bottle, the dark sweet liquor pouring into a puddle as she rested her chin on her knees.
God...she felt like she was drowning.
