Since it's probably annoying to seeing, "hey,______ could you see my thread and perhaps accept it." Over and over again maybe you could create a thread that could notify the staff members when a application is complete, or someone wishes to change someone, whatever it'll be great to have something like this than having to wait for a long period of time. I've been on a forum that has done this and it's excellent. Go HERE to get a preview.
