Appearance:
Corn stands at 5’5 even not a centimeter shorter or taller. His skin is lightly tanned but he tries to stay out of the sun to make himself paler. Making it easier to cosplay, one needs a lot more makeup to appear light then dark. He has pain muddy brown eyes that twist up in an Asian shape and thick black hair. Normally cut in a short style with many layers, as though choppy, he tends to style it in an Asian rocker style. Corn secretly wishes to be viewed as cute. So he tends to have the body language of an Asian school girl. Corn has no man points.
His clothing style switches every day. From looking like a male kpop star or running around in a dress like a Lolita. He’ll wear just about everything. However he does tend to get uncomfortable in short shorts or skirts. Spending most of the day pulling them down, worrying they’ll flip up or something of the like. He tends to favor the colors red, black, silver and pink. Those being his favorite.
Personality:
First of all Corn is a very polite person. He prefers to be polite above just about anything else. It’s his way of interacting with people, getting them to like him, getting them to be comfortable around him. So he’s not a very bold person, in personality at least. He smiles and tries not to take sides, tries not to get into the middle of things. He prefers to be the medium ground.
To those that Corn cares about he is insanely loyal to them. He’d do anything for them, anything and everything. It doesn’t matter what it is they need or want. He’ll do it, even if it goes against his morals, even if it makes him a terrible person. Corn is very careful who he gives his trust out to.
Corn, with his inability to deal with people at times, isn’t always himself. He’s scared of whom he is and so he hides behind masks. He smiles a lot, never gets angry, and never cries. His masks aren’t who he is, and thus are not human. So at times Corn can seem robotic, because at those times that might as well be what he is.
Corn doesn’t really like meeting new people, no matter what he says. Truth be told he hates it, he doesn’t know who he can trust. He tries, desperately to be able to trust without fear, but it’s hard. He’s also like that around his family, he’s been burned so many times he can’t trust them. However he just puts on a mask and smiles, and acts like a good little boy. The perfect child.
Xerclowfon is everything Corn is not. She is in a way Corn’s other self, his muse, himself and his everything rolled into one. Not entirely his source of reason, but his source of confidence. Clow is a figment of his imagination, he controls her, he knows this, but she’s all too real in his mind. She tells him what he should do at times, the right, confident, bold thing to do, and he tries to listen. She tells him the things he doesn’t want to hear, but needs too. He relies on her for support, and she provides him with everything he needs. She belongs to him as he doses her. Corn doesn’t really talk to anyone about her.

History:
Corn was a very lonely child growing up. The only one under the age of 25 in his area, he spent all his time with adult who ignored him. So in essence he spent all of his childhood alone. Not a single friend. He however was ignorant to this fact. He loved the world he thought everyone was his friend. He ran around with flowers and pennies giving them away to complete strangers. He didn’t know who was good to trust and who wasn’t. This got him into many situations. Good and bad, some even terrible. However he didn’t tell anyone. Secrets were secrets that could never be told. He wouldn’t betray his ‘friends’ even if all they did was hurt him. Because his mind couldn’t take this betrayal though, he chose to forget it.
He wasn’t very close with his family. Even if he deluded himself into thinking he was. His mother’s side was all too vain. Most of them caught up in only themselves, they thought of only themselves. They often left Corn at school, only remembering him with things got dark, almost bed times. And Corn would sit outside, alone in the dark, in a druggie community drawing. He knew his family had forgotten him again, but he didn’t mind. He loved them anyway.
His father’s side hated him for his blood. Half white bastard in their mind. Only Asian was good, so they hated him. They degraded him, made him do disgusting things, hard things, and even burned cigarettes into his flesh. And even though Corn cried, he smiled throughout everything. Tough love, he told himself, they love him but they didn’t know how to show it. Corn’s father, a hardcore drug addict often took Corn to his friend’s house while he did whatever he did. Corn remembers a lot of things happening, however at points he just blacks out. More things he had chosen to forget.
He was a very smart child at school and all the teachers loved him. He did his work, was kind and polite. However all he ever did was read. You couldn’t find the boy without a book in his hands. By the time he was in third grade he was reading and comprehending collage level books. However he didn’t fit in with any of the students. He wasn’t like them. He was, the only one who wasn’t a ‘moke’ or basically a Hawaiian style wannabe gangster. So he was ignored for the most part, or made fun of. Children were cruel, but as Corn cried, he knew that they were all still friends.
He finally found a friend, and latched onto him like no other. Someone, someone who cared about him, he was delighted. He trusted this person so much, but then this person went off to another school, and even if they kept in contact and still saw one another. Corn felt as though he had been left behind again. After all, this person had found other friends. Corn was unnecessary, useless.
The one friend Corn ever felt he had was someone he never met, never talked to. He left Corn little presents on his doorstep only with a note “To Corn. Love…” The rest was blank. Corn never knew who this person was, and still doesn’t know. He hasn’t gotten a gift from said person in years, but he still treasures their gifts.
As Corn grew older the effects of bullying and neglect began to crash down on him. He just, couldn’t take it, couldn’t view the world in the same sunshine and rainbows he had always seen. And for the first time in his life he began to hate. Hate his family, hate the people around him, but hate himself the most. He found himself disgusting and began to want to die. He was in 5th grade. Slowly the self hate got worse and worse, because he couldn’t really bring himself to hate anyone completely. So he began to mutilate himself. Knives, rope, water, his own finger nails, anything he could think of. But no, not on his arms, never his arms, too obvious, people might ask. All Corn wanted was someone to love him.
When he finally got into middle school he made friends with another person. And this person saved him from suicide. He loved this person more then anything in the world. He pledged his life to him, gave him everything he could. Was willing to die for this person, as long as they never left him. Corn was more then happy to do all of this and more. But eventually he though he loved this person, romantically, and even though he wasn’t one for anything physical. Even though he didn’t want sex this person freaked out when he told them. Corn had thought the other would be okay with homosexuality, they both laughed and giggled and drew yaoi together. They thought up stories with yaoi and yuri together, but when actually faced with it this person fled. They left him, and Corn, wanted to die again. However, he was too much of a coward to do so, and struggled on with life.
At some point, he met the first person he ever went out on a date with. An older man, he seemed cool, interesting, someone Corn would have loved to hang out with. To think, a junior in high school wanted to hang out with a middle school student! Corn was over joyed. He originally felt a little off about this person, there were times when he seemed off, he even got his phone number by dropping his phone in the bus and asking Corn to call it to make sure it was okay. But Corn shoved it off to the side, he was a friend. Eventually the older boy convinced Corn to go on a date with him. Shyly, Corn agreed. The date seemed amazing a first, a simple movie. However things eventually turned wrong, as soon as the lights dimmed and the movie started the other boy showed his true intentions. Kissing and touching Corn however he wanted, he didn’t listen to the boy’s quite pleas to stop. Only ceasing when Corn was about to scream. He spent the rest of the movie curled in his seat, staring at the screen blankly the other boy’s hand still on his leg.
Corn spent the rest of middle school trying to avoid the other boy, but he had become a stalker. Unlike any other stalkers the boy had before this one wouldn’t leave him alone. This followed Corn even into high school. Where he made even more friends, Corn for once was accepted into a large group. A group of outcasts but he loved that most of all. He was even accepted into a group of seniors. A group of loonies. They carried knives and swords to school; shot air soft at each other for fun. But Corn loved it. He even met his first boy friend there. A quite mysterious boy, about a head taller. Corn used to have to jog with the boy just to keep up with the other. But that was all right, Corn was in love. Eventually Corn confessed his love to the other, and then ran away with his tail between his legs. Only to have the other come after him shortly after and confess as well. Taking Corn into his lap he hugged him, Corn had never been happier. However the relationship never seemed to progress. It didn’t end well, and Corn was left brokenhearted. Even if the other boy loved him, it just wasn’t working.
Corn then dated a few other people. Even his best friend who he had made contact with again after so long. That, didn’t end well either. And even though he was still friends with all his exs sometimes it was still awkward for Corn.
His life then took a spin for the better when he found out about La Campana. Packing his bags he left as soon as he could. He’d miss his friends, they we’re so precious to him, but he wanted the chance to get out. He wanted to travel and see the world. At least that was his cover story, he just wanted away from his family.
Roleplaying Sample:
Corn had to stop himself from bursting from the plane as it landed. The flight had been horribly long, he hated it. He had even ran out of things to draw at some point, reaching that horrid state of boredom where he could do nothing but stare into the space ahead of him. But that was all over now, he was in Spain. Alone yes, but in away from everything, everyone. A new start, fresh beginnings, this was what life was about. Even if he was frightened, terrified really, not that he’d ever let anyone know that.
After waiting for all the other passengers to get of the plane he left, hating to have to deal with crowds and people in his personal space he had decided to wait. But man! Did they ever take a long time to shuffle out! He was going to miss the baggage claim. Tripping over his own to feet as he ran, he stumbled quite a few times on his way to baggage claim, almost dropping all of his art supplies. But somehow he made it without falling. Then came the wait… the tedious wait for bags. He sighed, and opened his ears. So much Spanish. He’d never understand it all. Still he couldn’t help but admit it was an attractive language, easy on the ears. He grabbed his bags, dragging the heavy things from the belt. There wasn’t much, but it was so heavy. Corn thought his arms would snap.
After making his way to the corner, he tried to hail a taxi. He failed miserably the first few times, having never tried to catch one before. Finally a kindly Spanish man helped him out, hailing one for him. They talked for a few moments in a mixture of broken English. The man smiled at him when he learned that he was going to the academia. Handing the boy a slip of paper, he told him to call him if he ever needed help again. Corn smiled brightly at the other and thanked him before entering the cab. People were so nice here!
