The water was chilly but still he let it wash over his feet. Why walk on the beach in February? Well it wasn't really that cold today so Riavis had thought why not. His pants were rolled up to his knee's as he carried his shoes in one of his hands. He let out a small squeal when the cold water suddenly hit his legs again. He couldn't help but smile. "So this is why people like the beach. It's so nice and it's beautiful." he said with a smile. He'd never been to the beach before. He'd seen a few pictures but that was pretty much all. He was excited to see what this place would be like when it was warmer. He hoped warmer then where he used to live. It was always so cold. He picked up a seashell and stared at it for a moment before he smiled and tucked it into his pocket and continued walking with a small smile.
He stopped a little while later and sat down at a part of the beach that was far enough away from the shore not to be hit by water. He pulled the small shell out and examined it in his hands. It was brown with a few white spots dotting across it. It had this cool ridges and a smooth flat part at the bottom that all the ridges seemed to meet in the center. "Maybe I could poke a small hole in it and turn it into a charm of some sort. Maybe like a good luck charm." he said then smiled before blinking. He had said "like" that made him think of the Pollack Feliks. He smiled at the memory of the green eyed blond who was always so hyper and energetic. He hadn't even thought of the offer he made to him.
Did he really want to leave next year? Since both Feliks and Toris would be leaving and had asked him. But he just got here. He was beginning to feel a little comfortable here. Maybe he could talk to someone. Maybe ask their opinion of the situation. He was still rather unsure. He didn't really have any friends yet. He sighed. "This is a lot harder then I thought." he muttered.
