DX I know I said that already, but that's my selling point.

Thank you for the suggestion--I appologize for taking so long to get back to you on it. The staff and I have been talking over your suggestions.
Personally, I prefer the cbox. Yes, it does require refreshing, but I'm an avid hater of the chattango, heh. That noise it makes with each new message and the fact that it requires users to create an account put me off of the idea.
And I hope you don't mind my posting on this board to address both of your suggestions, but I figure it will be easier to see this way ^^
For the alias code--wow! That does seem incredibly interesting! The staff and I are going to test it on one of our test-sites and see how it runs/if it would interfere with any of our other coding. We're going to discuss it a bit more, and hopefully come to a decision soon.
