&&--What makes the clock tick
Likes: Binky, bandages, her eye patch, girls, fireworks, anything dangerous, her scars, being called Travesty, making a scene, adrenaline, Captain Black's Little Cigars, pipe tobacco
Dislikes: being called Alice or Allison, her legal name, having to cover up very much, having to untangle her hair, being pushed into things, having her motives questioned, homework, pineapples, menthol cigarettes, chewing tobacco
Turn Ons: cute butts, smallish breasts, long hair, long legs, belly rings
Turn Offs: males, sulkiness, most tattoos, weird piercings, wanting to hide the truth
Nervous Habits: flips people off, swears
Fears: blending in, being forgotten, others expecting things of her
Goals/Aspirations: to try everything (with some exceptions), to be the first to do something, to be two places at once
Appearance: Travesty is thin and slightly above average height. She has pale skin and dark hair that hangs to about her armpits. In a rare practical move she usually does her hair in a pair of braids, one hanging behind each ear. Her right eye is brown, but the left is a milky blue-white color as a result of her accident. She wears a patch over her left eye. Often, whether or not she is injured, she will wear other bandages. She likes skimpy clothes, though she's not that particular. Generally she just wears whatever is comfortable, be that a sailor outfit or a bikini. She has a pointed chin. Her legs are very long, and usually mostly bare. Her hands and feet follow the narrow line of her body and limbs. Her collar bones are quite pronounced as a result of her thin, wiry frame.
Personality: Brash and a little shallow, Travesty is a person who looks at the surface first and encourages others to do the same. This is probably because if she keeps up a loud, memorable front then not only do people not expect much of her but they also, well, remember her. She has no room for politeness, preferring to be loud and even crass if she can get away with it. She isn't exactly nice, and wouldn't hesitate to kick a puppy if it made her mad; still, she is not randomly mean. She has an odd sense of what is just and right, and will stick to that no matter what. To keep people from having any sort of expectations of her she talks with a deliberate Cockney accent, the strength of which varies with her mood. She is smarter than she lets on. She is also lazy and afraid of disappointing people. As such, she just never tries to do anything for anyone else. This is not to say that she doesn't do anything. She has a great deal of energy and can usually be found doing something that is either pointless, dangerous, or both. She loves trying new things, and she is constantly experimenting.

&&--A glimpse of the past
Father: Carlisle Cunningham
Mother: Beatrix Cunningham nee Porter
Sibling/s: Ulysses (21), Claudius (18), and Loving (11)
Other important relatives: She has a very large family, but she is not close to any of her relatives.
Pets: Just a sixteen year old stuffed bunny named Binky.
History: It is not every day that a girl has the misfortune of being named Allison Wonderland, but on a on a hot summer afternoon -- June fourteenth, to be exact -- a dark haired girl was named just that. From the moment that she was old enough to understand where her name had come from she hated it, though she did love her over sized plush bunny Binky (especially after the laundry accident that left him pink instead of white). At five years old, shortly after her little sister was born, she told her mother that she wanted a new name and received a good-natured laugh. When she was ten, after she broke yet another vase, her mother told her, "Allison Wonderland Cunningham, you are a travesty!"
The name stuck.
After a while she added to it, calling herself Travesty P. Malice by the time that she started year eight and refusing to answer to anything else. She had always been clumsy, but at thirteen she took to wearing bandages randomly even if she was not injured. She claimed they were a fashion statement; her mother just signed and shook her head.
She was fifteen when she put out her left eye playing with fireworks. Surprisingly, it did not really bother Travesty that she had one eye damaged to the point that she would never see out of it again. She called her eye patch dashing and thought that really needed it was cool. Going into year eleven the British girl started to notice -- or, rather, let herself notice -- that she was attracted not to the boys at her school, but to the girls. Though she was by nature anything but cautious, she still took things slow. At first she just flirted with other girls, and then when she found receptive ones she started to take it farther.
It was after she found herself a girlfriend that the fireworks started. Travesty was completely unafraid of going public with their relationship, but Zola wanted to keep things quiet. After a heated argument, Travesty kissed Zola in the middle of the hall at school. There was no mistaking the meaning behind the kiss, and Travesty's parents (as tolerant and well meaning as they were) were at the end of their ropes. As such, Travesty was sent off to be reformed and they hoped that more would change than just her sexuality.
Roleplaying Sample: "Allison Wonderland Cunninham?"
Travesty glared at the stupid airport person, squeezing the handles of her carry on tightly to keep from flipping off the woman behind the counter. It would be easier if the attendant had not had her eyebrow raised and that idiotic amused smirk, and if she had not been through this at every other stop on her way through the airport. "That's the oh so clever name me mum gave me," she said tersely, managing to keep all the damns and hells connected to that statement from popping out her mouth. She just wanted this to be over so that she could board the plane and get to the queer paradise that her parents were sending her to. Even if she had not seen how nice it was from the brochures, she would still be looking forward to this because it meant that she got to be out of the closet with a lot of exotic, worldly girls who were also out of the closet. It was a damn shame that her parents thought she needed fixing, but she sure as hell was going to enjoy it.
It didn't look like she was going to get through this last security check without putting up with cheek from the blond bimbo they'd placed in charge. "Look, me d- ah, me mum named us all funny. She's a bit mad about books; me older brothers are Ulysses and Claudius, and she named me little sister Loving. At least me first name is pretty normal." Not that she used it. Ever since she had first understood the pun she had hated both Alice and Allison. It had been pure magic when her mother had first called her a travesty.
When it came down to it, that's what she was: a Travesty. Hell, she'd put her own eye out with a firework last year. Of course that had been an accident, but it was still pretty cool. She got to wear an eye patch all the time, and when she took it off her left eye was a cool milky color. Now, if only the bint behind the counter would let her get on the plane, she'd be off to her Spanish lesbian's paradise. No one was ever going to reform her, after all. "I just want to get on me plane and get on me way. You can laugh at me name with your friends over drinks tonight, but can we just get a move on it?"
